- Personal training comprises of one-on-one sessions between the coach and member either in person or virtually.
- The frequency of sessions typically varies between 4-6 sessions every week, depending of the requirement and goals of the member.
- The sessions are aimed at teaching the member safe form and technique for various exercises and perform them under supervision.
- Training intensities are typically changed over time to make sure that the performance of the member improves based on various parameters like strength, muscle mass, cardiovascular health, flexibility, activities of daily life etc.

2. Online Coaching
- Online coaching comprises of guidance on workout and nutrition through a plan curated specially for the member, based on the requirements and goals of the member.
- The workout plan is sent to the member via an app, which they can complete at their convenience throughout the week.
- To help understand the exercises prescribed under the workout, demo videos of each exercise are attached to the plan.
- Additionally, we do one virtual session per week to teach the member the form and technique of the exercises in the plan and to understand and address any challenges they may face.
- The nutrition plan is made keeping in mind the member's current food habits and lifestyle choices.
- This service includes regular follow-ups via text message/WhatsApp/voice calls/video calls in relation to the workout and nutrition plan and any concerns that the member may be facing.
- Apart from the weekly session, a call can be scheduled as and when needed to discuss any roadblocks during the week.
- The idea of these follow-ups and calls is to help the member stay on track, provide guidance, teach the correct form and technique for all exercises, and answer any nutrition-related questions.
- This service is priced at ₹10,000 for 4 weeks.
3. Nutrition Counselling
- Nutrition counselling comprises of understanding the member's current food habits, everyday routine and lifestyle choices and curating a nutrition plan considering all these factors.
- This nutrition plan is aimed at helping the member change their eating habits nudging them to incorporate more nutritious and balanced meal options slowly and steadily instead of making any drastic changes which usually result in unsustainable results, non-adherence to the plan, and eventually giving up on their journey.
- The member is educated on how different foods affect their body and how losing fat is not just about calories in vs. calories out.
- The member will also be provided guidance on what to eat when eating out and how to make healthier food and nutrition choices.
- This plan additionally includes regular follow-ups via WhatsApp text/voice/video call.
- The pricing for nutrition counselling is 20,000 INR for 3 months.

What most people understand by ‘results’ is starkly visible change in body composition. But it is important to understand that there are other parameters to measure results. For example, increase in strength, flexibility and ease of performing activities of daily life.
Improving body composition requires patience, discipline and consistency. Expecting results in short time period can lead to disappointment and demotivation which may cause an individual to give up on their journey.
So while a person’s main goal could be improving body composition, importance must be placed on other parameters as well so that there is continuous acknowledgment of progress and wins (big and small). This will help with continued motivation and will facilitate eventually reaching the goal anyone set out to achieve (of course, with the blessing of your genes).
So, ‘results’ in the true sense are guaranteed but it requires realistic expectation setting at the beginning of the journey.
